01

Is M365 Care affiliated with Microsoft?

No. M365 Care is an independent service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Microsoft Corporation. Microsoft 365 is a trademark of the Microsoft group of companies.

02

Is this a help desk?

No. M365 Care centers tenant stewardship, hygiene, continuity, and recurring operating decisions. High-volume end-user tickets need a desk designed for that workflow.

03

Is this a security audit?

No. Care can keep ordinary configuration and ownership questions visible, but deep hardening or formal assessment needs a dedicated scope.

04

What happens every month?

The cycle reviews relevant change, prioritizes routine work, completes agreed upkeep, and summarizes what moved and what still needs a decision.

05

Do you promise a response time?

No response-time claim is made on this public site. Any service expectations must be confirmed in the engagement scope.

06

Are projects included?

Not by default. A migration, rollout, historical cleanup, or other defined transformation may need a separate project scope.

07

Why is pricing in CAD?

The current product defaults are $39 and $49 CAD per user per month. Currency is stated clearly so visitors do not have to infer it.

08

What should we prepare?

Approximate team size, who owns Microsoft 365 today, recurring friction, and any known project or review are enough to begin.

Bring the operating question, not a perfect diagnosis.
