Readiness is groundwork, not a new product to sell.
Copilot does not decide who can see what—it surfaces whatever access already exists, faster and more broadly than a person browsing manually would. A tenant with clean shared-work ownership and closed-out guest access sees that reflected in trustworthy answers. A tenant with years of overshared sites sees that reflected too, just more visibly than before.
That means most of the useful readiness work is exactly the recurring stewardship already described elsewhere on this site: shared-work ownership, access hygiene, and a clear view of what is stale. Copilot is the reason to finally do it, not a separate project on top of it.
